5. Personal Responsibility & Safe Conduct
By attending, you agree not to operate a motor vehicle while impaired or engage in any unlawful, disruptive, or unsafe behavior. You are solely responsible for your conduct and safety throughout the event.
6. Release of Liability
By purchasing a ticket, you hereby release and waive any and all claims against Never Have I Ever, its owners, staff, affiliates, partners, and contractors for injury, illness, damage, loss, or legal consequences arising from your attendance or participation in this event, including but not limited to cannabis consumption.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Never Have I Ever and associated parties from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your behavior, negligence, or violation of this agreement.
8. Event Rules & Conduct
You agree to follow all venue rules, including any staff instructions related to consumption, conduct, and safety. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
9. Non-Refundable Tickets
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued due to denial of entry for lack of valid ID, behavioral issues, or failure to comply with this waiver.
10. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a ticket to this event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this waiver. Your ticket purchase serves as your legal acceptance of these terms.
